Job Summary: The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and expand the Helios' client base in the HR tech industry. This role involves developing innovative sales strategies, managing client relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Manager role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and success in the competitive HR tech landscape, ensuring that our innovative solutions reach and benefit clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the HR tech and SaaS market.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in global markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategy and product development.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to be successful.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the SaaS or HCM industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and performance data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience in selling HR tech solutions, global payroll, or financial software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support the sales team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with global payment systems and payroll processes.
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly in languages relevant to key markets.
