• Designs, develops, and implements training content and programs for various types of learning.
• Evaluates and provides feedback and recommendations on the effectiveness of training programs and materials.
• Coordinates and facilitates training logistics and manages classroom activities.
• Creates effective learning opportunities that support foundational training curriculum and align with business goals.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create content that aligns with business goals.
• Maintains inventory of training supplies and materials, ensuring they align with brand voice, company policies, and compliance requirements.
• Processes data for use in training and continuous improvement efforts.

• Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience required.
• Training experience preferred.
• Experience applying adult learning theory, concepts, practices, and principles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent skills with MS Office programs.
• Proficiency with eLearning/instructional design software.
• AA/BA Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Background in adult training theory and techniques required.
