About the Role

The Director of Strategy and Operations will contribute to the company’s growth and quality through owning and implementing high-impact initiatives across the organization. The Director of Strategy and Operations will own and implement solutions to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care possible.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, with ability to travel onsite as required

Job Description

• Own and execute high-impact projects that improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance across our locations

• Build and implement high priority initiatives in partnership with operations, product, sales, trade relations, and other teams

• Continuously review the company’s operating system to uncover inefficiencies and implement changes that drive improvements

• Lead ad hoc projects and support high-priority tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management consulting, investment banking, or startup role

• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight

• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority

• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality
