Machine Learning Engineer

  • Design & implement machine learning models in production;
  • Create infrastructure for data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation;
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed models & infrastructure;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into products and services;
  • Document model development processes, experiments, and results for future reference and reproducibility.
  • Core Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent work experience;
  • 2+ years of experience working as Machine Learning Engineer;
  • Proven experience in Data Engineering, Software Development, DevOps, Machine Learning or a related field;
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in Python programming language;
  • Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production environments with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, etc.;
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.;
  • Experience with AWS services - RDS, Lambda, EC2, S3, EMR, SageMaker, etc.;
  • Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines;
  • Experience developing scalable APIs;
  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, etc.;
  • Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, distributed computing, operating systems);
  • Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex problems, troubleshoot issues, and develop practical solutions;
  • Ability to communicate problems and solutions with people from different technical backgrounds;
  • Attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Salary Range
  • Gross Salary 17600 - 29900 PLN/Month.
