Job Title: Virtual Assistant – E-commerce Research & Support (India Market) Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred) Hours: To be discussed Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in e-commerce and a strong understanding of the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have experience researching Indian e-commerce brands, stores, and trends, along with a solid understanding of local shipping, payment providers, and cash-on-delivery systems. This is a flexible position for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and has a passion for e-commerce. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research on e-commerce brands, trends, and competitors in the Indian market. Analyze shipping methods, payment providers, and customer preferences specific to India (including cash-on-delivery options). Assist in sourcing products from Indian suppliers or platforms. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Indian e-commerce space. Record and organize findings in Google Sheets or other tools. Provide insights on local market preferences, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Preferred Experience: Previous experience working with Indian e-commerce platforms or brands. Familiarity with Indian shipping providers, payment gateways, and the cash-on-delivery model. Strong research and analytical skills. Experience with Google Sheets or similar tools to organize data. Knowledge of current trends in Indian e-commerce. Requirements: Strong internet connection for research and communication. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities. Benefits: Flexible work schedule. Bi-weekly payment.
