[Remote/WFM] Sr Specialist Accountant

Responsible for collecting, recording, classifying, examining, analyzing or reporting accounting transactions. Key Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing under-construction balances, general ledger, assets control, labor or inventory analysis. • Prepare journal entries, maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, oversee other financial transactions. • Balances books periodically and prepares profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements. Interprets the meaning of accounting reports and records and statements. Job Contribution: • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. • Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues. Education: • High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Specialized skill training or certification may be required. Experience: • Requires 2-3 years of experience. • Microsoft Office skills, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Access, and SQL experience preferred. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
