The Sr. Actuarial Product Analyst will be a hybrid role, working 3 days/week in either our West Palm Beach, FL, St. Petersburg, FL or New York NY office location. You are thoughtful about offering suggestions about the product to facilitate doing business with Vault. • Work with a sense of urgency around resolution, keep management informed, and follow up in a timely manner. • Work collaboratively with the entire team and escalate issues as appropriate. • Perform other duties as required. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of insurance experience in an analytical role. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). • Strong attention to detail. • Strong organizational and analytical. • Must strive to provide service levels that exceed industry standards and promote teamwork across functional areas. • Strong time management skills, being able to handle multiple tasks. • Resourceful and results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and internet research tools. • Ability to Query Databases (experience in SQL, Power BI, etc.). • Actuarial Examinations passed.
