About this role You will be responsible for the total customer experience for Weaviates cloud products. These products are used by developers, administrators and cost managers. The responsibilities of this role include: • Provisioning & Account Management • Search & Visualization • Billing & Costs controls • COGS analysis and optimization This is what you’ll be doing The mission is to create a compelling reason to start using Weaviate and ensure there is always a reason to come back into the product and see new insights and value from our cloud console. This will require collaborating across many teams inside engineering (core, control plane, labs, applied research) and across the organization (developer growth, product marketing etc.) Day to day you will be • Building, evaluating and prioritizing user stories • Conducting user research, soliciting customer feedback, working with the community • Analyzing and optimizing costs, reviewing pricing changes • Participating in engineering scrums What we are looking for • 6+ years as a Product Manager; ideally in a data / database centric product development role • 4+ years in a SaaS and PLG experience • BSc or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline • Passion for building simple, intuitive experiences for a wide range of personas • Demonstrable skills to successfully work across teams & timezones. • You are aligned with our company values.
