[Remote/WFM] SDR for e-commerce AI company

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated teammate to call retail stores (fashion, merchandise, outdoor sports gear, jewelry) to win qualified sales appointments for our partner, Axll. Axll provides an AI software solution that connects retailers' online and offline systems. Our existing team of Sales Development Representatives / Inside Sales has 15 people, and their success has led to an expanded engagement with our partner. We need to add dynamic, personable people who can comfortably communicate over the phone and email. Commissions and bonuses can be earned on the very first day. Some members of our team work 10 hours per week, while others work close to a full-time load. You choose your schedule. Requirements • No prior experience is required. • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Experience with technical sales will give you a headstart. • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools is a plus. • Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is advantageous. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
