Job Overview Lifeway Marketing is seeking a dynamic, creative intern to assist in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored for women’s ministry content and events. You will develop marketing skills while serving women through impactful Christian content and events. Internship Program Details & Requirements • Compensation: Lifeway’s summer internship program offers a competitive hourly pay rate, and all necessary equipment is provided. • Work Schedule: Interns work an average of 32 hours per week, with core workdays from Tuesday to Thursday. The expectation is that the internship is the primary focus during working hours. • Program Duration: June 2 - August 14, 2025 (11 weeks). Interns must commit to participating in the entire program. • Eligibility: Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and have completed at least two years of study by the internship start date. Recent graduates (December 2024 or May 2025) are also eligible. • Development Opportunities: Weekly professional development sessions are provided, including specialized training, mentorship, and leadership development. • Remote Structure: This is a remote position in the U.S., with required in-person attendance for orientation (June 2 - 5, 2025) and end-of-summer presentations (August 11-14, 2025) in Nashville. Travel costs for these events are covered by Lifeway. • Application Deadline: Applications are due by December 31, with interviews beginning as soon as possible. Selections are finalized by April 1. DFiFhYfR5n4#LI-Remote Responsibilities: • Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work • Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns. • Support social media marketing, direct response marketing, email marketing, and online advertising efforts. • Research trends and complete competitive analysis. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment. Qualifications: Education Marketing, Communications, or related field Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with social media platforms and tools. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred • Familiarity with women’s ministry content. • Experience in content marketing or event promotion. • Experience with project management.
