We need a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative who'll work with us remotely. About tawk.to: tawk.to, the world’s #1 business messaging application, is expanding its team of service providers and seeking a Portuguese Bilingual CSR to hire for one of our clients. Our client functions as a giant computer shared by all its users. To access it simply create your email and password and start using it. The DDESK user can choose the performance of the operating system of his choice, has unlimited space to store all his emails and documents and still determines a fixed number to receive and make unlimited calls! About the role: • Resolves hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat. • Responds to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets. • Assign work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and follow through to closure. • Respond to and diagnose issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. • Opens the ticket, accesses the user remotely and guides him in order to restore the normal operation of the services as quickly as possible, minimizing the impact on business and activities caused by IT failures through the use of complementary tools. • Activates the Support Analyst in case the remote guidance is not successful, registers and archives the call, for control and evaluation of the area's performance. • Monthly, it summarizes, in a spreadsheet, the number of services and consequences and sends it to the superior for consideration. • Performs other duties related to the position, at the discretion of the superior. • Responds to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets Requirements: • Portuguese Bilingual • Expert communication skills to advise and implement best practices Work Schedule: • Monday - Saturday, 9 to 5 pm • 48 hours per week • (GMT-03:00) America/Sao Paulo What we offer: • Remote work anywhere in the world • Competitive Salary • Friendly & Professional team Add me on Skype: denelle27 Apply Job!
