Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including online platforms, databases, and networking. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences as needed. Develop and implement innovative strategies for candidate engagement and attraction. Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and potential fit. High level of adaptability and flexibility to work in a remote, night shift role. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Strong organizational and time management skills. A passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
