In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our operations. You will work closely with different departments to gather necessary information and will assist in preparing reports as needed. Responsibilities Enter and update data into company databases accurately and efficiently. Verify the accuracy of data before it is entered into our systems. Manage and maintain physical and digital files in an organized manner. Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data as required. Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve workflows. Monitor and review data for errors and make corrections as necessary. Respond to internal inquiries regarding data entry and data management practices. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar position. Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy when entering information. Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and other departments. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
