Job Title: Business Data Analyst (Junior) Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and driven Business Data Analyst (Junior) to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics department, you will play a vital role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive efficiency and growth. Responsibilities: Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze data from multiple sources. Cleanse, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret data and produce meaningful reports. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for monitoring business performance. Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover business opportunities and areas for improvement. Assist in the development of data models and algorithms to support business objectives. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Provide support in ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments. Collaborate in the continuous improvement of data collection and analysis processes. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, either through internships or academic projects. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with large datasets. Basic understanding of statistical methods and concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and validation. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
