The Analyst, Account Management will be responsible for managing CVS Health’s relationships with our customers, providing analysis and insights to guide our growth strategies, and developing and maintaining high-quality processes.We are seeking candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management. A strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential for this role. Responsibilities: Manage CVS Health’s customer relationships and provide analysis and insights to support growth strategies Develop and maintain high-quality processes for account management Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer accounts Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Analyze customer data and develop strategies to drive sales Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve customer experience Prepare detailed reports and presentations to share customer insights Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met Stay up to date on industry trends and maintain professional relationships with customers CVS Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
