About the position Join our team as a Delivery Helper (NO DRIVING) at ESR Logistics, where you will play a crucial role in assisting with the efficient and timely delivery of goods. As a Delivery Helper, you will work alongside our delivery drivers to ensure that packages reach their destinations promptly and safely. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, making it a flexible option for those looking to balance work with other commitments. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery process, which includes loading and unloading packages, navigating routes, and providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of delivery that ESR Logistics is known for, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional delivery services. Responsibilities • Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles with packages. , • Work collaboratively with the delivery driver to navigate routes and deliver packages to customers. , • Utilize communication skills to coordinate effectively with the driver and provide exceptional customer service. , • Handle packages with care and ensure they are delivered in excellent condition. , • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in various weather conditions. , • Support the driver in any additional tasks related to the delivery process. Requirements • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. , • Experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is a plus. , • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and loading/unloading packages. , • Knowledge of operating vans, box trucks, or tractor-trailers is beneficial. , • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
