This is a remote, part-time position, offering a competitive hourly wage and flexible working hours, never exceeding 4 hours per day. Job Description As a Data Entry Specialist at Amazon Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your primary responsibilities will include entering, updating, and verifying data in our systems. In this role, you will be responsible for handling large volumes of data efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with different departments to ensure that data is entered correctly and is readily available for various business processes. Requirements – Proficiency in data entry and experience with data management tools. – Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. – Strong organizational and time management skills. – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. – Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. – High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup. Responsibilities – Enter and update data in various systems accurately and efficiently. – Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents. – Review and correct data errors to ensure data integrity. – Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. – Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency. – Generate reports and summaries based on entered data. – Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
