This position is remote working EST or CST hours This role supports the enablement of our Industry Solution programs. Industry Solutions is the glue between our platform and our end users, defining how our capabilities are built and configured so they meet the needs of different roles across a variety of Financial and Professional Services industries. As a Product Content Writer and Strategist, you will be responsible for developing content and executing content strategies to support the mission of Industry Solutions. Your primary goal will be to define and create content that enables Intapp employees, implementation partners, and customer end users to configure and use solution templates successfully. You will partner with a wide variety of stakeholders across services, support, product, design, and user research to understand user needs and determine what content will meet that goal. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Development, you will play a critical role in the success of the Industry Solutions team and help support company-wide goals to increase revenue, customer time to value, and cost efficiency. What you will do: • Plan, write, edit, test, and improve content to help our employees, partners, and customers implement and use our solutions. • Apply and maintain standards to ensure our content is easy to consume, resonates with the target audiences, and reflects the company's brand identity. • Work with the Information Development team to implement repeatable, scalable content operations for the Industry Solutions team. • Develop content strategies that align to the company's goals and help solve customer needs ensuring the resulting content remains informative, engaging, and up to date. • Work with partners and stakeholders across design, research, product, services, and customer experience to uncover user needs and translate them into compelling and effective learning content. • Continuously monitor and analyze content performance, user feedback, and industry developments to identify areas for improvement. • Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders across Industry Solutions, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other subject-matter experts for alignment and guidance. What you will need: • 5-7 years of experience writing content and delivering content strategy and content design. • Experience creating technical documentation, preferably structured, topic-based content. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt content based on audience feedback and metrics. • Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to lead as processes evolve and mature. • Familiarity with content design strategies and methods, including user-centered, service, behavioral, and experience design and user research methods • Solid team player with the ability to interact, influence, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and build strong, positive working relationships. • Confident communicator with the ability to present concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging way, both verbal and written. • Comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. • Experience with a structured authoring tool, such as Paligo.
