Assist clients with insurance policies, including auto, home, life, and health, by explaining coverage options and recommending suitable products. Process policy changes, claims, and renewals in a timely and efficient manner. Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive client outreach and follow-ups. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and communication. Stay up to date with State Farm products, policies, and industry regulations. Requirements: Must hold a valid insurance license (Property Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable using virtual tools and software for communication and record-keeping. Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
