In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities  Greet clients and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.  Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about services and policies.  Assist clients in completing forms and documentation related to insurance or tax matters.  Maintain client records by accurately inputting and updating information in the database.  Resolve client concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team member for resolution.  Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office team. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise  High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.  Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.  Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.  A positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
