Description: • Configure and oversee a cloud-based benefits administration tool • Develop relationships, influence strategic direction and maximize client value • Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols • Retrieve web-based data • Prepare data for loading by entering submitted data into standardized format • Configure open enrollment lifecycle to ensure it meets the customer’s workflow needs • User interface testing and data validation • Serve as the BenAdmin platform single point of contact for customers post-implementation • Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful solutions • Ensure the protection and security of a consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner • Navigate platform resources, helping customers maximize the use of platform • Meet or exceed department goals as defined • Complete other duties and projects as assigned Requirements: • Current life and health insurance... license, preferred • 2 years’ work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier or TPA, preferred Benefits: • health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits • paid time off • overtime pay for non-exempt employees • reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy • employee perks and discounts • robust learning and development programs Apply Job!
