Job Summary: Position: Apple Home-Based Service Advisor Salary: Hourly Working Hours: Part-time (under 4 hours) Company: Apple Inc. Location: Remote Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Paid training, Paid vacations Description: As an Apple Home-Based Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to Apple customers over the phone or online chat. You will assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions about Apple products and services, and providing guidance on product usage. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and customer service skills 2. Strong technical knowledge of Apple products and services 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently 4. Strong problem-solving skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to Apple customers 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions 3. Answer customer questions and provide guidance on product usage 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed 5.
