As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers reaching out via chat. Your primary role will be to assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance as needed. You will need to navigate a variety of situations and work with a collaborative team to ensure each customer leaves with a positive experience. Responsibilities – Engage with Amazon customers via chat to provide personalized assistance. – Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. – Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. – Maintain a thorough understanding of Amazon products, services, and processes. – Document all interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement. – Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. – Uphold company values and ensure a high standard of customer service. Requirements – Excellent written communication skills. – Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. – Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. – Familiarity with Amazon’s range of products and services is a plus. – Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred. – Proficiency with computers and chat software. – Flexibility to work different schedules including weekends if needed.
