Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Google Ads Creator to join our mental health private practice team. As a Google Ads Creator, you will play a vital role in crafting compelling and engaging ad campaigns to promote our mental health services effectively on the Google Ads platform. Responsibilities: • Ad Campaign Creation: Develop and design captivating Google Ads campaigns to promote our mental health services, including search, display, and remarketing ads. • Ad Copywriting: Write persuasive ad copy that resonates with our target audience, conveying the benefits of our services and encouraging clicks and conversions. • Visual Content Creation: Create visually appealing graphics, images, and other visual assets to accompany ad campaigns, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines and messaging. • Ad Extension Implementation: Utilize ad extensions effectively to enhance ad visibility and provide additional information to potential clients, such as site links, callouts, and structured snippets. • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases related to mental health services, therapy, counseling, and related topics. • Campaign Optimization: Monitor ad campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Requirements: • Creativity: Demonstrated creativity and flair in developing compelling ad creatives, visuals, and copy that engage and resonate with target audiences. • Digital Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including familiarity with Google Ads platform, ad formats, targeting options, and campaign optimization techniques. • Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva to create visually appealing ad creatives and assets. • Copywriting Skills: Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive ad copy that drives action and communicates key messages effectively. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in ensuring accuracy and consistency across ad campaigns, visuals, and messaging. • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing team members, clinicians, and external partners to align Google Ads strategies with overall marketing objectives. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, or graphic design roles, with a focus on creating Google Ads campaigns. • Familiarity with mental health services or healthcare industry is a plus.
