Join us as we build a next-generation Enterprise Data Warehouse Platform to reengineer a real estate enterprise! As a Sr. Manager, you will join our Cloud Data Warehouse Team to build an Enterprise Data Warehouse serving agents, brokers, home buyers, and sellers! What we're looking for: You're a dedicated, creative, and motivated manager & architect who loves to craft/build Data Warehouses Platform and is ready to lead a team of individuals who share your passion. With a related degree under your belt-and relevant experience-you're ready to take your Data Warehousing knowledge to the next level. You enjoy designing and implementing Data Warehouses, Enterprise Dimensions, Facts, and Reports within the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform. With your unwavering dedication to Data Quality, dimension modeling skills, and collaborative work ethic, you'll do great things here at Anywhere. What you'll do: • Lead Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse Operations (Cost optimization, Role-based Data Access... Data Privacy, Security, Compliance, and Governance). • You'll lead a team of data engineers to improve & maintain Cloud Data Products such as Affiliate Insight, SpendCube, Product Metrics, and Listing Analytics. • You'll co-lead the warehouse design for legacy migration and green field projects such as Dash EDW Migration & MARS (Dimension modeling & Warehouse Design). • You'll mentor/manage a team to develop ELTs for Facts & Dimensions of new DataMarts. • You'll be responsible for ensuring data quality and data integrity in the Cloud Data Products. • You'll be responsible for crafting CI/CD for the Cloud Data Products using Snowflake and PowerBI/ThoughtSpot. • You'll manage/own Snowflake's Vendor relations. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL SKILLS/TECHNOLOGIES/TOOLS REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent combination of training and experience. • 3+ Years of experience leading & developing teams. • 5+ Years of experience using Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse Platform. • 5+ Years of experience with Airflow, Snow SQL, and Python. • 5+ Years of experience with Data Quality. • 7+ Years of experience in crafting, developing, and implementing ETL pipelines to load data to a Data Warehouse. Performance tuning of queries by maintaining aggregates, compression, partition, query plans for ETLs, and Reporting SQL Queries. • 7+ Years of experience developing Enterprise Data Models with at least one enterprise modeling tool and data integration platform (Erwin, Embarcadero, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, Pentaho). Embarcadero is helpful. • 10+ Years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Enterprise Data Warehouses and Dimension Modeling. • Excellent collaboration skills and a great teammate. • Excellent in system analysis, documentation, and designing technical specifications of processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English What we're looking for: You're a dedicated, creative, and motivated manager & architect who loves to craft/build Data Warehouses Platform and is ready to lead a team of individuals who share your passion.
