Implements solutions to difficult problems, generates concepts as evidenced by product or process improvement, uses engineering/scientific tools to integrate requirements and solve technical problems. Utilizes tools, techniques, processes and/or facilities such as state-of- the-art simulation environments, laboratories, data analysis and test facilities. Participates in engineering team activities in a specialized engineering or technology subject area. Contributes to the technical planning process and provides technical guidance. • Conduct research on organizational behavior, employee engagement, and workplace culture in Federal Government environments • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to improve employee well-being, productivity, and job satisfaction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational development initiatives • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making in a system of systems organization Qualifications Requirements • Masters in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field and 10 years of experience in performing the above duties or aviation-related experience or a bachelors and 12 years’ experience. • Proven experience in research and organizational psychology in a Federal environment is required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, writing and collaboration skills. • Ability to work collaboratively and direct with a federal customer. US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Target salary range $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
