As part of our growing team, we’re seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant (Transportation) to support our operations and ensure seamless logistics for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support the Transportation Department. • Process orders, track shipments, and ensure all load information is documented accurately and on time. • Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, drivers, and team members to coordinate schedules and updates. • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems using Microsoft Excel and Outlook. • Adapt to varying tasks and priorities based on operational needs. Qualifications: Required: • Administrative assistant experience, ideally in logistics or transportation. • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally bend, twist, or lift up to 15 lbs. Preferred: • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). Position Details: • Hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM, with weekend availability as needed. • Location: This is a hybrid remote role requiring candidates to be based in or relocate to St. Louis, MO 63102 before starting.
