Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and communicate trends in customer feedback to help improve Amazon’s processes and offerings. Uphold Amazon’s commitment to customer-centricity by going the extra mile to meet customer needs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using computers, with familiarity in navigating online tools and systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenging situations. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Skills: Experience with e-commerce platforms or working in a retail environment. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Familiarity with Amazon’s products, services, and policies is a plus. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
