In this remote position, you will provide customer support and assistance through a web-based chat service, and have the chance to earn an hourly rate plus a commission for every sale you make. As a Live Chat Agent for an eCommerce business... such as an online clothing store or sunglasses retailer, youÂll be helping customers who are already looking to make a purchase, without any pressure or cold-calling. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
