Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Amazon Flex Specialist to join our team at American Express. This is a remote, part-time position with a flexible schedule opportunity. The role offers a competitive salary of $25 per hour and requires working under 4 hours per day. Previous experience in customer service or logistics preferred, but not required. Responsibilities 1. Manage and optimize delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. 4. Use tracking software to monitor deliveries and address any potential delays. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and delivery transactions. 6. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall customer satisfaction and service efficiency. 7. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies.
