Responsibilities: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process... - Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values - List and advertise properties for sale or rent - Show properties to potential buyers or tenants - Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and lease agreements - Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions Experience: -Applicants are required to obtain a valid real estate license. We value professionalism and compliance with industry standards, therefore, individuals interested in joining our team must be willing to acquire the necessary licensing. This ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and enables our team members to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
