Your Responsibilities As a Senior Business Transformation Strategy Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring we achieve our 2030 Leap Ambitions by providing strategic clarity and guidance in our journey to become a world-leading Smart Industrial company. This is a new role that will identify the most important questions in our business transformation and provide data-driven, logical answers to them. In doing so this role will support the evolution of key parts of our business from an up-front, one-time purchase model to one in which cutting-edge technologies and services are sold with a recurring, renewable-license model. The SaaS model will help customers by lowering upfront costs, allowing them to pay for only what their operation needs, and ensuring our products continue to add value over time. Within this role, you will: Identify and prioritize key questions and challenges we will face in our business transformation to deliver Solutions as a Service Create specific, logical, and data-driven justification for SaaS decisions that address our key questions and challenges Partner with our go-to-market teams to evaluate how SaaS ecosystem value is shared among our customers, our dealers, and ourselves Investigate the possible impact of our SaaS portfolio on the existing vehicle business and partner with business owners to develop strategies to maintain and grow the one-time sale model while adding recurring business models Create a perspective on organic vs inorganic growth opportunities in partnership with corporate strategy and business development teams Develop a perspective on the key sources of strategic competitive advantage for advanced technology and SaaS companies in our key markets and create strategies for us to strengthen or build key capabilities that drive maximum customer value Provide continuous coaching and support (in some cases lead) strategic SaaS decision-making efforts across the Business Transformation Ecosystem Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position What Skills You Need 4 or more years of strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital experience Led client or portfolio company relationship for a consulting project or portfolio company Demonstrated ability to identify the highest priority business questions and provide strategic clarity to a broad audience in delivering solutions Ability to collect, analyze, and make decisions from complex data and qualitative observations Excellent communication, documentation, organizational and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels Strong independent judgement, problem solving skills, and ability to make timely decisions in the best interests of the customer and the company Ability to travel up to 25% of the time What Makes You Stand Out Industry experience in agriculture, construction, robotics, automation, or autonomy Succinct and clear communication - simplify complex topics into messages that are understood and are remembered by a broad and diverse audience Intellectual curiosity - explore the entire solution space to discover creative solutions to difficult problems Problem solving tenacity - persistence to overcome challenges Comfort with ambiguity - experience in fast-paced environments where new information surfaces weekly Logical thinking - can frame and break a problem into components, prioritize and solve them, and communicate simply and clearly Self-directed - takes organization objectives and plans own work.
