Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Medical Billing Representative to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to patients regarding their medical billing concerns. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries about medical bills, assisting patients in comprehending their financial accounts, processing... payments, and resolving any outstanding balances. You will work with various systems, such as EPIC, Artiva, and TCN, ensuring a high level of service to our valued patients. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls and initiate outgoing calls to address medical billing inquiries. • Assist patients with general questions related to their medical bills. • Process payments and conduct inquiries on billing statuses. • Engage with patients to discuss outstanding balances and help them resolve account issues. • Effectively navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and timely support. Required Skills • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Proficient in using technology and navigating computer systems. • Ability to manage multiple systems efficiently. Qualifications • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail, restaurant, or call center environments. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
