Key Responsibilities • Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial recordings, ensuring adherence to style guides and deadlines. • Process audio recordings with meticulous attention to detail, producing verbatim transcripts. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information. • Collaborate with our supportive in-office team for guidance when necessary. Required Skills • Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription. • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to process complex audio/text content. • Strong adherence to deadlines and client-specific style guides. • Outstanding literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar. • Proficiency in typing with both speed and accuracy. • Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.
