JOB DESCRIPTION: The Corporate IT Service Delivery Manager leads one or several of the teams of Corporate IT support teams that are focus on Support related matters. The role involves driving the Corporate IT representation in the region, delivering Corporate IT services, being the first point of escalation in the region, spreading rules and policies to their teams and internal customers, focusing in quality, stability and control, and be a part in any initiative that involves technology in its controlled area. Collaborates closely with the rest of the Technology, Corporate IT, Procurement, Security, Global Estates and IT Operations leads to align on and drive the Corporate IT processes and objectives. The ultimate goal is to deliver the best service to our colleagues in Hotelbeds while fostering a culture of collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the team. Accountabilities and responsibilities • Lead and manage Corporate IT Support teams in the region according to the offer, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their day-to-day activities delivering high-quality results and meeting the service targets. • Collaborate with the Head of Corporate IT and other Technology, Corporate IT, Procurement, Security, Global Estates and IT Operations leads to align on their roadmap and strategy. • Accountable for driving the strategic of Technology and Corporate initiatives, focusing in the end-user services and projects, and initiatives that involves then meeting the delivery deadlines • Define best practices, implement standardized and automated processes and controls, and ensure effective provision of support services, and related monitoring and troubleshooting. • Provide his expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve services related issues. Act as an escalation point for complex challenges, driving timely resolutions and ensuring minimal impact to users. • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the services provided. • Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. • Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Encourage knowledge sharing, promote learning opportunities, and foster an environment that embraces experimentation and creative problem-solving. • Participate in discussions and decision-making processes regarding the overall corporate IT services. • Accountable for developing and growing the regional team, focusing on key talent retention, attraction and development.
