Job Description: Location: Indianapolis, IN This is work from home position, but you must live in Indianapolis to be considered. Compensation: $16 per hour Shifts: 8am EST start Shifts can often go longer than 8 hours. Expect overtime and overtime pay depending on seasonal volume. Position Summary Process ticket reschedules based on positive response from customer. Status locates, by utility customer, across various regional markets Responsibilities Work with USIC field staff, as well as on-call contractors to reschedule service tickets, document in the USIC Ticket Pro system Inside Services Representatives will call and e-mail USIC field tech/contractors to reschedule ticket completion date, document and follow up with the technician in the field Status utility locates for assigned utility customers within the USIC Ticket Pro system Apply Job!
