Job Description: As a Full-Time Center Associate at UPS, you will be an integral part of our operations team. This position involves a variety of tasks such as package sorting, scanning, and loading/unloading, as well as assisting customers with their shipping needs. Your role will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our centers and ensure high-quality service for customers. Responsibilities: • Sort and organize packages efficiently in the center. • Scan packages using handheld devices to track and monitor shipments. • Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles. • Assist customers with package drop-off, pick-up, and shipping inquiries. • Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong physical ability to lift and move packages (up to 70 lbs). • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Previous experience in logistics or a related field is a plus but not required. • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
