Job Description Layne Insurance Agency is seeking a passionate, self-driven, service representative with a desire to make a difference in peopleÂs lives as well as their own! Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill a full time Customer Service Sales Representative position. At our agency you will build and develop client relationships within the Gunnison County communities... that we serve by promoting the superior customer service of our agency. We then support you as you grow and learn within our agency. As a Customer Service Sales Representative you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of our office as well as grow your own earning potential! Must be willing to relocate to Gunnison County area. Responsibilities: · Answer phones / Respond to voicemails · Work renewal and policy alerts within agency systems · Assist current customers with payments, policy changes, etc · Set up customer appointments for licensed agents to perform policy reviews · Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity! Requirements · Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. · Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. · Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. · Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. · Works well independently. · Great communicator · Bilingual Spanish is preferred · Must pass pre-employment background check Benefits: Hands on Training, Mon  Fri Schedule, Career Growth Opportunities, Evenings Off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Shift:  8 hour shift Application Question(s):  Are you willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License?  Are you willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License?  Do you have the ability to pass a background check?
