Location: 100% REMOTE - must be based in EST/CST time zone Job Summary: • We are seeking a self-sufficient, highly experienced Sr UX Researcher to join our team. • This role requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly transition between research, design, and full-stack development. • Full stack development from a sense that the end users are the engineers. • This is a backend product platform that Engineers own. • Your research and interviews will be with this team. A strong communicator is needed. The ideal candidate will be will focus on qualitative research, customer engagement, and design iteration, as well as customer interviews. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive user research to understand end-user needs and behaviors. • Collaborate with designers and developers to create and refine product designs. • Engage with the right customer base to gather feedback and incorporate it into design improvements. • Work closely with remote engineering and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. • Set priorities and timelines to ensure project milestones are met. • Finalize work, ensuring all deliverables are defined and completed to the required standard. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in UX research, design, and full-stack development environments. • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams. • Ability to engage with customers and incorporate their feedback into product designs. Experience Level Additional Skills & Qualifications Intermediate Level Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
