Job Overview Join our esteemed Data Enrichment team as a Data Entry Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in executing data enrichment tasks for a prominent healthcare client. Your dedication to maintaining quality standards will be crucial as you participate in our quality assurance processes. Key Responsibilities  Review and finalize enrichment tasks based on the training provided by the client.  Execute credentialing-related duties, which include data entry for applications, verifying vendor resources, and validating board certifications.  Liaise with various state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain status updates and verifications.  Ensure the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry standards.  Authenticate information submitted by third-party entities utilizing online databases for cross-verification.  Assume additional tasks and responsibilities as required. Required Skills  Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy.  Proficient command of the English language.  Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.  Capacity to excel in a remote work environment.  Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Qualifications  Preferred at least 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service-related position.  Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
