Although the compensation is structured as a 1099, we are committed to providing you with a long-term opportunity. Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Full Desk Recruiter (Business Development & Recruiting) for a commission-based role. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you'll handle the entire recruitment process – building client relationships, identifying talent, and ensuring successful placements. You'll also play a pivotal role in our growth by bringing in new clients. You'll have the chance to build your own client portfolio from scratch, giving you complete ownership and the potential to earn a substantial income. Key Responsibilities: • Drive business development to acquire new clients, contributing to company growth. • Build client relationships, understand staffing needs, and deliver tailored solutions. • Source, screen, and interview candidates. • Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. • Manage the complete recruitment process. • Exceed placement targets to maximize commission earnings. Pay Structure: • This is a 100% commission-based opportunity • There is no limit to your earning potential.
