Key Responsibilities: • Outbound Email Campaigns: - Create, design, and implement cold outbound campaigns using tools like Hubspot, Apollo, Dripify, and Sales Navigator. - Ensure campaigns resonate with the target audience, generating SQL and MQL leads for the sales manager. • Email Strategy and Content Development: - Develop comprehensive email marketing content strategies focusing on lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and brand alignment. • List Segmentation and Targeting: - Segment email lists for targeted and personalized messages to enhance engagement and conversion rates. • A/B Testing: - Conduct A/B testing to optimize various elements of outbound campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. - Incorporate A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously improve email performance. • Collaborative Copywriting: - Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling email and LinkedIn content that captures the interest of potential leads. - Develop copies or templates to respond to the CEO's LinkedIn messages, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness. • Analytics and Reporting: - Analyze and report on email campaign performance, utilizing data to drive future strategy and improvements. - Generate leads and pull audience insights to inform the development of future campaigns and business development initiatives.
