Position: Social Media Customer Support Representative - Work From Home Job Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and comments on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Foster positive and authentic interactions with Disney fans, addressing concerns, and providing timely and accurate information. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate channels while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Content Moderation: Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and maintaining a safe online environment. Brand Advocacy: Proactively promote Disney products, services, and events in a genuine and enthusiastic manner. Required Skills: Exceptional Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Comfortable adapting communication style to resonate with diverse audiences. Social Media Savvy: Proficient in navigating and engaging on various social media platforms. Understanding of social media trends and best practices. Customer-Centric Approach: Prior experience in customer support or related roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that exceed expectations. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic work environment and able to quickly adapt to changes in processes and procedures. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address issues efficiently. Collaborative approach to problem-solving, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
