As the first point of contact for guests, clients, and staff, the ideal candidate will manage a variety of front desk duties from a remote location, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all parties. Key Responsibilities: Â Customer Service: Answer phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Address and resolve client or guest issues and provide information about services, facilities, and general inquiries. Â Virtual Reception: Manage virtual check-ins and check-outs, provide access instructions, and assist with reservations and appointment scheduling. Â Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, schedules, and files. Handle administrative tasks such as processing forms, managing client or guest requests, and coordinating with various departments as needed. Â Communication: Liaise with on-site teams, management, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
