Accurately and efficiently process billing for legal services provided by The Walt Disney Company. Maintain detailed records of all legal billing activities, including invoices, payments, and adjustments. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure accurate and complete billing information. Review and analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Assist in the development and implementation of billing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Stay up-to-date with industry changes and best practices to ensure compliance with legal billing standards. Work closely with the finance team to reconcile billing records and resolve any discrepancies. Generate reports and provide data analysis for management review. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Collaborate with team members to support overall department goals and initiatives. Stay organized and maintain a high level of attention to detail while handling a high volume workload. Demonstrate a strong understanding of legal terminology and billing codes. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
