Sr. Power BI Montvale, NJ- Remote role... Job Description: Build an end-to-end solution with Power BI: • Data query: • Mastery of the PBI "Get data" step, including: • Accessing any data source provided within PBI "Get data" • SQL embedded queries • Power Query Editor data transformations and query management • Use of M script • Query folding • Direct SQL queries • Transformations: • Mastery of DAX • Validation and debugging • Maximizing performance • Computes and aggregations to support the data model • Data modeling, including expertise in: • Schema design • DAX analytic queries to filter, group, or summarize • Implicit and explicit measures • Calculated tables and columns • Visualization and report development, including mastery in: • Requirements definition • Design and development of wireframes • PBI visualizations • Report navigation • Interactions • Drill throughs • Dashboards • Buttons, bookmarks, and selections • PBI natural language question design • Distribution, including experience with: • PBI Workspaces • PBI Apps • Azure-based PBI report management Skills: • Strong oral and written communication skills.
