They are expanding across and in growth mode. The ideal candidate will have 4 years selling IT Solutions/Consulting to Fortune 100 - 500 clients. Here Is What Sets Them Apart ? Better pricing than consulting firms ? Transparent pricing by sharing what they pay their consultants with their clients - this allows the salesperson to feel great about the value they are providing. ? Focus is on T&M (time and materials) engagements. They believe that fixed price / fixed fee engagements create an adversarial relationship with IT executives. This also allows the focus to be on the relationships vs. contracts. ? They offer a pathway for the client to hire the consultant. Most consulting firms have to keep their people. ? Better compensation plan than consulting firms. You will be supported by a very strong delivery team with multiple screening processes and solid leadership.
