Key Responsibilities • Efficiently oversee and refresh logistics data for designated vendors, ensuring precision and timeliness. • Detect and address any local delivery or vendor-related concerns to guarantee uninterrupted operations. • Engage in proactive communication with vendors to rectify issues and modify delivery timelines as needed. • Escalate complex challenges to supervisors as appropriate, ensuring rapid resolution. • Partner with cross-functional teams to amend any discrepancies in merchant data. • Gather and synchronize item-level data supplied by merchants with our internal DashMart item identifiers and descriptions.
