About the job As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, live chat, and email communication channels. Your primary focus will be to assist our clients with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our services. This is a freelance position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
