Key Responsibilities  Provide virtual teaching and tailored support to students with special needs, both individually and in small groups.  Customize and adapt instructional materials and techniques to address the distinct learning requirements of students with disabilities.  Leverage virtual platforms to effectively engage students in interactive learning experiences.  Track student progress, evaluate their strengths and areas for improvement, and deliver consistent feedback and motivation.  Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and fellow education professionals to create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to individual student needs. Qualifications  Master's Degree in Special Education or a related discipline.  Active certification in Special Education from New York State, or a commitment to obtain certification prior to commencing the role.  Proficiency with virtual learning platforms and technology for effective remote instruction.
